Meet Charlotte

Charlotte is a sassy 6 year old who was born with Trisomy 18. She began her life on comfort care/hospice but proved to everyone that she was going to determine her own journey and live her life on her own terms. She graduated hospice at a month old with the addition of many tools, therapies, and specialists. Charlotte loves Bluey, being outside with the wind in her face, and her grandpa the most. Oh, and she just graduated Kindergarten this May! Her smile is infectious, and she brings so much love and joy to all she meets.
